"Delivery is okay, but timing been hit or miss"
Most of my deliveries was alright, but my last order show up 3 days late and the tracking barely update the whole time. The items came in fine though, so it wasn't a big problem. I just wish the shipping stay more consistent.

"Return was easy, refund took a little while"
The return process was simple enough overall. I’d say the refund took maybe a bit longer than I expected, but it did come through eventually.

"prices just aren't worth it"
i checked out resellingsupplies.com hoping to save a little money, but the prices were higher than the other places i usually buy from. even before adding shipping, it didn’t really feel like much of a deal. maybe they have a few decent items, but for me the pricing just wasn’t competitive. i ended up ordering somewhere else.

"Second Order Was Such a Letdown"
I gave them another shot because my first order was decent, but this time was really disappointing. They made it sound like it would arrive on time and be the same quality as before, but it showed up late and felt cheap. I don’t mind small issues here and there, but don’t make promises you can’t keep.

"The minimum order was kind of annoying"
I get that places have rules, but the minimum order felt a bit too strict for me. I only needed a couple of things, then suddenly I had to add more just to check out. The service was fine otherwise, and maybe it works if you're buying a lot, but for a small order it just felt inconvenient.

"Sizing is way off"
I ordered my usual size and it wasn’t even close to fitting right. It’s frustrating because now I don’t feel like I can trust the size chart or order from them confidently again.

"Colors weren’t what I expected"
The colors were far off from what I thought I was ordering. The photos made them look totally different, which was a pain because I needed them for my listings. I guess the quality seemed okay otherwise, but it was still really frustrating and kind of messed up my plans. Not sure I’d order these again.

"Not sure if I just had bad luck, but the replacement took way too long"
I’m not sure if this was just my experience or if the process is always this slow, but getting a replacement ended up being a real hassle. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something or maybe it would get sorted out sooner, but it just dragged on much longer than I expected. Overall, I wasn’t very happy with how it went.

"Messages were kind of hard to follow"
Their communication was unclear, to be honest. I kept asking the same thing more than once, and somehow still didn’t get a straight answer. It felt like they weren’t really reading what I was asking, or maybe they were just skimming and replying quickly. I don’t know, it just made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered some labels from resellingsupplies.com and the adhesive was disappointing. I still had the order email and receipt, so I double-checked what I bought, and it was definitely the labels I meant to get. A bunch of them started lifting at the corners the same day, even on boxes I had wiped down first.
I ended up having to tape over some of the labels just to keep them on, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but based on this experience I probably wouldn’t order these again.

"Boxes didn’t really hold up"
I don’t know, I was hoping these would be a bit sturdier, but they felt cheap right away. A couple of the boxes started bending after just one use, which was disappointing. I probably wouldn’t buy them again, honestly...

I was disappointed with how this turned out. The print was blurry, and the colors looked nothing like what I expected. They made it sound like the quality would be sharp and true to the original, but the final result just didn’t match that at all.

I was hoping the discounts would make this feel like a good deal, but the savings were underwhelming. After checking the prices, I started to feel like the offers weren’t as great as they were made out to be, which kind of made me lose trust in the whole thing.

I had to keep following up about my refund, which was frustrating. I understand that delays can happen, but you’d think there would at least be clearer updates along the way. In the end, it took way longer than expected and just wasn’t a great experience for me

I was ready to buy, but then I got to checkout and couldn’t use the payment method I wanted. Kind of frustrating, honestly. The whole thing felt more annoying than it needed to be, and I was already comparing prices anyway, so I just gave up and bought it somewhere else.

"Damaged Order and No Real Accountability"
My order arrived damaged, which was frustrating enough, but trying to get it fixed made it even worse. I sent photos right away and waited for a response, but the replies were slow and didn’t really feel helpful. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a straightforward solution and some accountability for the damaged item. Instead, it turned into way more of a hassle than it should have been.

"Not sure I’d trust it again"
I don’t want to say the whole site is terrible, because it did work in some ways, but it just didn’t feel very trustworthy to me. Maybe other people have had better luck, and I can see how it might be fine for certain things, but personally I wouldn’t feel comfortable using it again.

"I opened the box and immediately thought..."
I opened the box and immediately thought, wait, this can’t be mine. Some of the items were wrong, and a couple things I actually needed just weren’t there at all. I even went back to the invoice because I thought maybe I misremembered what I ordered, but nope, it didn’t match. It’s especially frustrating when you’re counting on supplies showing up on time and then you end up sorting through a mess instead. I don’t really know how it got packed that way, but I’m not planning to order from here again

"Problem never really got fixed"
I had an issue with my order and tried to get some help, but it kinda just kept going in circles. The replies took a while and in the end nothing was really fixed. I wanted to give them a fair chance, but it was frustrating
